The Best Reason For Eat an Apple a Day


When delicious summer fruits are in season, apples don't get much play. But new research suggests it might be smart to keep the fall fruit in your regular rotation.

Interestingly, those who frequently ate apples (any kind with the skin intact) had higher FSFI scores and fewer issues lubing up the natural way than women who ate apples less regularly.
